I worked in a mental hospital for two years and one thing that I learned from that is that every person has a breaking point. No one is immune from this given enough stress. You have been lucky in your life to have escaped your limit.

What does not going outside have to do with a mental hospital? I hate going outside, so I don't leave my home unless I need to. If I could, I'd stay shut in in my home forever without stepping a foot outside ever again.

Are you on the spectrum? Normal people feel anxiety about this pandemic. They fear for their safety and for the well being of their loved ones. This isn’t just about you. Here is the thing, this is an event that is being experienced by every human on the planet. It is probably the first time in human history that this has happened.. as an individual you chose what role you will play in it. Though you may feel invulnerable many elderly or fragile people Will be taken by the disease. What you do has a bearing on how well they will do.
