I started to develop psoriasis 8 years ago. Nobody in my familly got it except one uncle. Look what I found last week :

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3870220/

It's a clue for sure. Btw for those who doesn't know what is psoriasis, it's a fucking disease that has no cure ((((they))) say )….it's itchy red spot that produce new skin very fast because the immune system see that spot has foreign. And the good part is, everyone that has psoriasis can/will develop hearth attack, Crohn disease and arthritis. Fun time.

For Anons out there who are suffering the same fate. Don't fucking take (((their))) medication like the cortico-steroid topic lotion!! It gave me psychosis and that shitty product will create new spot fuck crying out loud…So I try the primal diet of Aajonus Vonderplanitz : We want to live. It's basically eating raw meat/eggs/milk. The theory is that everything has bacteria on it, good and/or bad. The fact to cook it will destroy the good one but it can leave some bad one. The body need those good bacteria to fight off their shitty conterpart. It's my 3th day now eating raw meat. I read and lived that your body need to adapt and he will flush out a lot of stuff. So yeah not cool for 2 days but now i'm fine. People should check that guy, pretty good stuff.

That's utter and complete bullshit. My family has a history of psoriasis, and none of them ever had Crohn's disease nor heart attacks. One DID started developing arthritis at the age of 76. Psoriasis is very controllable and liveable as long as you don't get stressed out. And during periods of stress, taking the CORRECT meds is important, not all the time. I don't recommend simply avoiding all meds at all times, though; a good diet is important, especially fish oils.
