So, I’m not sure what percentage of this board is on the anti-vax train, but let’s get a general outline going here.
tetanus
polio
rabies
smallpox
and many other diseases
Have either been virtually eliminated by vaccines or at least vaccines have been proven beyond any doubt to work. Pic related. Josh Hightower had received an organ from somebody who had been bitten by a bat in Arkansas and died in Texas. He received a kidney for glomerulosclerosis that he had suffered since birth. He came down with rabies 27 days later and died. Why? Because the donor didn’t get a vaccine.
Anyone who believes in this anti-vax shit is stupid. And I’m not talking stupid in a “2+2=5” way but in an actual Darwin Award kind of way. Just about every disease that has a vaccine for it the vaccine has been PROVEN to prevent disease. I just don’t see how anybody could unironically believe that refusing to vaccinate their children for tetanus after they got cut by a rusty saw blade won’t result in the child getting lockjaw. How retarded are anti-vaxxers?

Vaccines don't work when you have a constant stream of foreigners coming in. There's also myriad problems with the quality of the vaccines which have been shown to cause harm. There's an entire court system just for adjudicating cases for people harmed by them.

This to the nth degree
the high school I went to had no less than 5 tuberculosis scares because sick, illegal spics kept getting admitted
Even Ellis and Angel islands had medical quarantines for migrants. There's nothing stopping the plagues of Central and South America from coming in here

What you got to remember is that a vaccine doesn't always take. You do get people whose immune system just doesn't respond to a vaccine using dead bacteria or damaged viruses.
Or during storage they can go off making them useless or dangerous.
In general populationwide though they work well enough to get the job done.
Another factor is that diseases and viruses are not always the same. They're constantly evolving and changing.
As a consequence a vaccine might work against every instance of a disease in a part of the world but a strain from the other side of the planet gets brought in and the vaccine training your immune system underwent is no help against this particular strain as it has some particular difference.
Then of course you got the jewish companies looking to push more and more vaccines that make money but aren't expensive to develop or produce.
Flu.
As for the court system. Yes. They have to have a different set of legal norms for this.
Because you are most of the time literally deliberately infecting someone with a potentially deadly disease.
