Why the average American hasn’t made a new friend in 5 years
Forty-five percent of adults say they find it difficult to make new friends, according to new research.
A new study into the social dynamics of 2,000 Americans revealed that the average American hasn’t made a new friend in five years.
In fact, it seems for many that popularity hits its peak at age 23, and for 36 percent, it peaks even before age 21.
The study, conducted by OnePoll in conjunction with Evite, uncovered that one of the reasons 42 percent of adults struggle to make friends is due to introversion or shyness (((pussifacation and cuckdom))).
And the challenge is not just in breaking out of their shell but also breaking into new social situations and circles.
The majority of respondents cite friendship-making barriers that include aversion to the bar scene where most people choose to socialize, or the feeling that everyone’s friendship groups have already formed.
And how many friends do adults actually have? Turns out, 16. The average American has three friends for life, five people they really like and would hang out with one-on-one, and eight people they like but don’t spend time with one-on-one or seek out.
Most people have remained close with friends they met when they were younger. Nearly half of those surveyed have stayed friends with peers from high school, and a further 31 percent with peers from college.
Kicking it even more old-school, three in 10 Americans say they have made lasting connections with people they met in their childhood neighborhood.
However, 82 percent of those studied feel like lasting friendships are hard to find. The number one cause of lost friendships is moving away, with 63 percent revealing this to be a reason they’ve fallen out of touch with a former friend.

Bad analogy.
Strict diet and even gastric bypass don't cure obesity.
They only treat the symptoms.
Yeah you'll lose weight, a lot of it, maybe even get down to normal weight but ultimately in a few years time you'll end up putting most if not all of it back on because as a fat person your body simply responds to food differently than a naturally skinny person.
The naturally genetically fat person will always have to fight 100x as hard as the naturally genetically skinny person to stay at a normal weight, which is another one of those "life is not fair" lessons.
Not to mention every lazy minded fucker out there is always going to view every fat person as being the way that they are "just because they are lazy" when laziness has nothing to do with it and its all about genetic destiny/pre-determination.
There's guys out there for example who have the rock solid muscled up body of a greek god and they didn't do a single bit of gym work to get that way and they eat like pigs worse or the same as any super morbidly obese person, which just goes to show once again that genetics determine all and hard work + discipline don't really mean anything or mean as much as most bodybuilding.com cucks think they do at the end of the day.
Anyway I digress.
I personally believe psychiatry is a valid field but like anything else when it is in the hands of the kikes it simply becomes just another Jewish weapon and bad thing for the goyim (racially aware and Jew wise whites in particular).

t. fattie
Just eat less (most important; most people who try to lose weight fuck up here; 0% of people who can't afford enough food are fat; 100% chance of success), more healthy (no junk food; I'm not talking about shoving 0 nutrition salad down your throat).

Who said anything about obesity or even curing obesity? I said fat. A fat person engaging in physical training and sticking to a diet and not overconsuming sugar derivatives to prevent himself from turning into a slob again will be a much more scientifically healthy person as opposed to a fat person going to a psychologist and receiving anti-depressant + self deception. Get your facts straight psychology faggot.

ask me how I know you're fat
as someone who comes from a family of 400lb+ hamwhales, I gain weight very easily. But if you saw me in person, you would automatically assume I was in that category of lazy Adonis' who just 'naturally' are strong and muscled. It took me 2 years, lifting every day, to get to where I am now. And now, you're right! I just have to keep a proper diet and do a couple pullups/pushups to maintain a level of fitness and size you sound envious of. Get a fucking membership or barbell and quit bitching you pathetic coward
