Have any of you improved your myopia? Mine has gotten worse, too much reading and screen time, but I don’t want it to keep getting worse. I’ve started doing focusing exercises but I’m not sure what else will help, or how much I should be doing them. I don’t wear glasses and I’m far too stubborn to get any

Are you a drawfag? Probably better at it than you think, if you can do a drawing of a place that’s important to the two of you (first date, favorite park, favorite bookstore) that would be a really nice, memorable gift. Painting can actually be easier than just regular drawing, especially with nature scenes, very forgiving

I also wouldn’t knock the necklace idea, it’s a really sweet that she could wear it and always have a token of you with her. Just make sure you ask another female before you buy it so you don’t get something really out of style. Simple is best

I didn't realize it could be improved? I've noticed my eyes are starting to hurt sooner if I read a lot too. What should I do?

Focus exercises and being outside are the main things I am aware of to improve it. Hold your finger up right in front of your nose, focus on it, then shift your focus to something far away, go back and forth. The eye gets lazy focusing at the same distance and can’t focus on other distances very well, but it’s a muscle so you just have to work at strengthening it. But being a hermit bookfag since birth, I don’t expect perfect restoration. I remember reading that abbos used to have vision better than 20/20 because they constantly had to focus over long distances in the desert, don’t have sauce on that though
