Incoming blogpost, bear with me.

I'm a late mid-20's guy with Erectile Dysfunction due to childhood physical trauma, and I wanted to know if there's an Anon out there with knowledge on natural ways to get my erections back or at least improve them?

I can get what I estimate is around 60-80 percent hard naturally and have been given a prescription on Tadalafil (Cialis) that I'm meant to take 1 of every morning, but I'm not gonna live my life on weird pharmaceuticals, so I will not be taking any.

It's an ever present mini blackpill dispenser and part of the reason I never dated and just slowly became a fat shut-in when I was young, how will I ever get a wife and kids if my subconsciousness is constantly sabotaged by the knowledge that I can't even breed her if I ever actually manage to find a decent Woman?

I'm completely nofap and noporn for 1 month so far now, to see if that will help my situation and I'm also actively working on getting from blackpiller-lard to /fit/ and eating better.

Any advice or is it too late and I should just give up the fantasy, leave the babymaking to better Men, live the lonely life, get /fit/ and prepare? Obviously, I'll keep training regardless

ED is almost entirely psychological. While you're fat and ugly, you will never feel like you can properly impress and please a woman when you're both naked. This shame works its way down to your dick.

NoFap for 1 year and LIFT. When you feel like a real MAN properly, and aren't ashamed of being naked, are proud of yourself and have actual testosterone, your dick will be diamond hard and do its job.

Also a lot of the time it's also the girl. When you're used to nubile, smooth skinny pretty girls on your screen and the only girl you can get naked in front of you is another ugly lard, your dick won't play ball. He just doesn't want to. You need visual stimulation too, not just physical wet rubbing.

There's no use trying to diagnose this while you're still fat and out of shape. Start powerlifting which will put systemic stress on your CNS, grow your muscles, and increase your T. Lower your bodyfat to increase the free T levels that you have access to. I repeat it's NOT enough to just "go to the gym", you have to do a powerlifting routine and run it through to at least upper intermediate levels. You also need to get enough sleep each night and stop drinking if you do that.
