4 day split for a year and a half now

Just do powerlifting

I already do all the major compounds, im pretty happy with the routine, I just want to add in some extra exercises. Im not really interested in powerlifting

Do more pullups then. Maybe handstands just for fun.

Powerlifting is something you really have to dedicate yourself to. You really need to become monk like and devote yourself entirely to your supplements your numbers and your diet. I have a powerlifter friend who can easily deadlift more than 500 and can easily put up like 1200 on a legpress. TBH yea he's really jacked and all but it takes alot out of his bank account and it's very strenuous on the body. If it doesn't appeal to you don't force it just lift like a normal guy and stay fit.
