Lads, i need some help.

I've been on a 4 day split for a year and a half now, but I want to throw some extra days in. I'm thinking something functional that involves a lot of core. Stuff like suitcase deadlifts and woodchoppers, things you don't commonly see but are worth doing.

Has anyone got some unconventional/overlooked exercises which are worth doing?

grease the grove on rest days it'll be enough to get gains with endurance and some strength and wont hurt your compound lifts

Do something that will be useful to you in other ways, and is more all-rounded. Rock climbing and Swimming is what I do.

Just do powerlifting

I already do all the major compounds, im pretty happy with the routine, I just want to add in some extra exercises. Im not really interested in powerlifting
