It's the exact type of breathing many meditation guides recommend, but here the idea is you do it all the time. I haven't finished the book, so I'm not even sure if I can say it's worth reading or if it's full of shit, but I have noticed I am a much better speaker since I started putting it into practice.

i know i was talking shit, but you're activley working to better yourself, who gives a shit if i think it's stupid or not, if it helps you then good. keep it up man. i like my people being strong and confident.
