I've played ice hockey for over a decade. It's kept me fit but consequently I have knee and back pain. Working as a car mechanic for six years also has not helped. I've tried lifting and can never keep with it. I'll lift, progress and get sore. Which is good, but combine it with my hockey injuries and busy work schedule. I'm absolutely floored and it takes me longer to finish my errands or hobbies. I've found calisthenics with light hockey drills to be a good compromise for fitness.

Have you tried adding turmeric and iodine to your diet? Starting your day with yoga is also very helpful. Avoiding sugars and stabilizing salt intake also helps.
