I tried the keto diet and I got light headed for a bit. Asked my doctor and she said it was because of my body weight needing double food intake to maintain itself. Is there anyways to not feel light headed and not be so exhausted while doing keto?

Not true. It can use carbs. It doesn't ever NEED then. Huge difference.

Eh no, you’re wrong. It doesn’t need carbs. Your body (and brain) can burn both types of “fuel”.

Don’t take anyone’s word for it. Research it yourself.

Keto is retarded, just eat a lot less simple carbs, and eat more protein to satiate you, and drink a lot more water than usual.

That sounds like your standard “keto flu” takes 3 to 7 days to get over it.

How much do you weight? What is your height?

To add to this, I don’t advocate the keto diet per se, I am advocating eating nothing until you have lost your body fat that you want to lose. It’s just fuel.
