  1. Why wouldn't you work out? Even at a basic level, planking can be done anywhere, at it builds core.

  2. You'll fell more confident to go out alone, if you learn self-defense. Walk in bright space, stay alert, practice being alert and wary.

  3. Makeup is what you make it to be.

4.Your friends are here. Besides, you have to make some of these calls yourself. Will these people affect you ability to be strict with yourself and be the best woman you be? Are they going to lead you to do things you think your boyfriend would approve of?

Why wouldn't you work out?

Because I genuinely have no idea how to start, there's so many workout regimes to choose from which all promise to do completely different things, when I've tried to start one I've always ended up distracted by another, and then just given up.

Where I live isn't dangerous or anything so I know i'm not scared of being attacked, actually i'm more scared of being recognized because everybody knows everyone in this village, and I don't want people to see me alone for some reason.

What's the best way for me to contribute to the whole nationalist movement? Just have lots of babies? Is there any content that I could make to help?

Any specific diets or workout stuff that you can recommend? Like I've said, I'm shit at picking one and staying with it because I worry that it doesn't help enough or that I'm doing the wrong one

I fucked enough dumb girls like you to know what will happen next. He will get tired of you if this is your first relationship because you won't know how to stay attractive to him.

Best thing you could do is never tell anyone you are a white nationalist. Act like a dumb thot. At best use a christian trad conservative as a cover if you must. Second best thing would be to have a career in which you'll have influence.

Combine gym and diet with a sport. There's no special diet or workout, eat prepared food and not fast food/frozen food.
