Can’t beat eggs and bacon for breakfast, if you’re short on time make hard boiled eggs ahead of time so they’re ready to go and you always have a healthy choice. Bacon can be spendy if you’re a poorfag though, scrambled eggs with cheese is still good just make sure you’re getting in some meat.
Diet plays a role, exercise is good too, if you’re feeling depressed and don’t want to work out then go take a walk instead, nature helps. Some nature photography might be a good stress reducer. Maybe find a local hiking group you can join.
Also consider that the anxiety and depression may stick around for a while, I only say this because once you accept that as a possibility you can move forward. If you knew you had to live with a shitty roommate for a year it’s better to just accept it and make the best of it instead of spending energy on the fact that there’s a shitty roommate.
Not sure if you mean acutely or more generally. If you are physically harming yourself try to replace that habit with something else, if it’s some kind of self punishment maybe force yourself to do strenuous exercise or cold exposure (cold showers) instead.

The reason I'm trying to find the Bible is it's the basis for Western ethucs, and Peterson mentions it a lot in 12 Rules. JPs advice is lightweight, but it’s also isolating. He wants you to think that you are nothing but an individual, that you’re alone, but you’re not. If you’re white, then you’re part of a race, of a group. Everything you are has been passed down to you by your ancestors who survived. That has meaning, don’t forget it.
Sounds like you’ve got some anger to work on, get a punching bag and punch that instead of yourself. If you feel angry or upset and have the urge to lash out or hurt yourself that is an opportunity to learn to control it, force yourself to sit or lay down instead, maybe find some music that you can listen to. That helps me, I’ve never punched myself, but I have had outbursts in the past, put a hole in a door on one occasion. Or try the cold exposure as I mentioned, stepping into a freezing shower might help you reset and snap out of it
