Hey lads. I'm depressed, I'm anxious. I want to get better but I don't have a clear path yet (I'm a bit of an aspie so I get paralysed by all the info out there). Apparently high fat/high protein breakfasts can help. Reading the thread, seems a lot of you lads eat keto. Does it really make the difference?
I've started exercising but haven't in a few days due to life getting me down. Calisthenics because I'm poor. Do own a pull up bar though.
I just feel hopeless, and angry at points. End up hurting myself. I also feel lost. Can't find my Bible which is annoying. Give me advice lads. You're my friends, and likely want the best for me as a fellow white man.

Can’t beat eggs and bacon for breakfast, if you’re short on time make hard boiled eggs ahead of time so they’re ready to go and you always have a healthy choice. Bacon can be spendy if you’re a poorfag though, scrambled eggs with cheese is still good just make sure you’re getting in some meat.
Diet plays a role, exercise is good too, if you’re feeling depressed and don’t want to work out then go take a walk instead, nature helps. Some nature photography might be a good stress reducer. Maybe find a local hiking group you can join.
Also consider that the anxiety and depression may stick around for a while, I only say this because once you accept that as a possibility you can move forward. If you knew you had to live with a shitty roommate for a year it’s better to just accept it and make the best of it instead of spending energy on the fact that there’s a shitty roommate.
Not sure if you mean acutely or more generally. If you are physically harming yourself try to replace that habit with something else, if it’s some kind of self punishment maybe force yourself to do strenuous exercise or cold exposure (cold showers) instead.

The reason I'm trying to find the Bible is it's the basis for Western ethucs, and Peterson mentions it a lot in 12 Rules.
