idk, personal experience?

Like not being hungry and having mood swings all the time because your blood sugar isn’t peaking then plummeting?

Having more energy because your not relying on glycogen as your main fuel source but fats instead so you don’t need to 'carb up' half way through your ride?

Feeling better and looking better because you don’t have all that carb bloat and associated water weight?

Just anecdotes i suppose and if you dont want to drop some carbs then i guess thats your call, anon. But its not like many of us cant relate similar experiences to the ones i mentioned. Meh.
