How can I make sure that when I get a child (hopefully son) that he becomes a strong and smart man?

Things like homeschooling and no cellphones are obvious but what about things like diet and activites? Like how long should he be breastfed? What food should I avoid feeding him, what activites should he do etc.

I didn't have a dad to raise me and I'm not really a strong man myself but I think I can still dedicate myself to raise a child to be better than me and become the man I never was and fix my shitty family bloodline.

Is there any /pol/ approved parenting guide or handbook?

you have to lead by example

Leading by example is a big deal, and you need to do everything you can to do that. That said, I was raised by a father with many shortcomings, but I still ended up better in almost every way than him. My suggestions are:

  • After your kids reach 4-5 you need to take the lead in raising them from their mother. The WORST thing you can do is to let their mother be their main influence past that point. I owe many of the positive personality traits I have to the fact that my mother was not around to poison me.

  • Even if you have money, you need to teach your children that if they want things they are going to have to work for them. I grew up with nothing, so this was obvious. Most of my friends who were raised in families that provided lots of resources for them grew up to be lazy and ineffective. Teach them the value and the joy of work early on.

  • Get them physically active. This is something you can and should lead by example with. I got into lifting and running when I was younger because I saw my Dad doing it. If you start the habit when you are young it is easy to maintain it the rest of your life. Team sports are good so they can learn how group hierarchies work.

  • Learn to recognize your own failures and shortcomings so that you can try to avoid passing them on to your children.

breastfeed atleast 2 years and no soymilk substitute of course.

And also remember that your wife should be well feed with good nutritious food high in fat-soluble vitamins: A, D3, E and K2 and Omega-3's. Before and under pregnancy and when breastfeeding. because how else would the child be able to optain these important nutrients? You get them primarily from animal based sources, that is why this vegan movement is litterally making us weak and killing people.

Vitamin A (Retinoid) is key for good vision, a healthy immune system, and cell growth and DNA expression, which is the most important of all! Not enough vitamin A can lead too diffenet kinds of handicaps doing development in the mothers vomb. MS: "Handicaps is caused by your DNA" I say: "Handicaps is caused because your DNA wasn't able to express itself properply.

Vitamin D (and K2) is important for the development of healthy bones and teeth and support the immune system, brain, and nervous system. Kids born in the early summer periode is more likely to be taller, physically stronger and have a higher IQ, because of the sun exposure (UVB: cannot penetrate class/windoes so you have to be outside) for the beastfeeding mother and child.

I'm thinking you have to lead by example and transform yourself to the greatest extent possible

You're right

I'm working on that, I'm currently in the proccess of getting back into work after been NEET for 4 years, I'm already saving up money so I can buy myself land and a house but it will take close to 10 years if I'm not mistaken.

I don't imagine I'll get a wife and a child before I'm a proper man so when the time comes I'll probably be ready
