Eat meat. Liver once a week. Get sunlight. Extra vitamin D wouldn't hurt. I know some recommend to get vitamin D oil and apply it directly to the scrotum. Garlic and onions do a petty good job of raising free test. Remember, despite what the commercials tell you, free test is all that matters. Your total test can be through the roof, but if its all bound to SHBG it doesn't fucking matter.

Onions

Peel skin and cut the top off, pour some oil and salt and pepper on the top and stick it in the oven for 1 hour. My mother taught me that one.
