What are you? Fucking retarded? Fish oil is one of the best anti-inflammatories there is. That's the whole point of omega-3 fatty acids. What bullshit excuse do you have for it's supposed toxicity? The mercury myth? Fish oil is made from fish like mackerel, herring, and anchovy, which are already the lowest mercury fish, then, it's molecularly distilled, removing any mercury that's in it. Oh wait, are you going to trot out that old, "oxidation" chestnut? Oxidized fish oil has a very unique small. It has a chemical-y varnish aroma. Good fish oil just smells like fish.
