That is baseless conjecture and your image is a retard posting complete nonsense. We have archeological evidence of people harvesting and grinding grains 180,000 years ago. We are not, and never have been carnivores. We are omnivores. Our diet should consist of whatever we fucking get our hands on, just like an omnivore.

Dogs are not omnivores, they are carnivores. Stop repeating idiotic vegan advocate nonsense back at idiotic vegan advocates. Dogs are the same species as wolves. They have the same dentition and digestive tract as wolves. Like wolves, they are facultative carnivores, they have absolutely no dietary need for carbohydrates, and wolves do not eat fruit unless starving.

>>13026732 Eating meat is what allowed the human brain to get as large as it is. A human brain is metabolically expensive. Eating a high protein diet over thousands of years is what allowed this to happen. Also fire was really important in human evolution because once we had softened foods our mouths became smaller thus brain could be larger with the head still being able to fit out of the birth canal.

The archeological evidence will back up what I'm saying. The evolution of humans is tied to hunting. If you look at stone technology as far back as early homos you see a constant progression of stone cutting tools. Early humans only scavanged and used simple tools like hand axes to do this. They also used hammer stones to get bone marrow. As humans become better hunters and eat more meat their brains grow bigger. Also as human's brains grow bigger they become more intelligent and able to create better tools and hunting strategies. Then a major adaptation is the mastery of fire. With fire humans can eat softer food which allows us to have smaller mouths with less robust teeth allowing allowing for a larger brain case while still being able to fit out the birth canal. At any place there was a fire for any period of time you will find stone flakes, stone tools, and remnants of stone tools such as spear points. At no point in this crucial period of evolution did we become vegetarians. Humans being the top predator have hunted many species into extinction. What leads us to have a more diverse diet is that that killed all of the other animals and had to start eating other things. At some point people figured out agriculture which was probably firstly a matter of just planting seeds and coming back later to see what grew. Humans had domesticated animals. Western civilization particularly is marked by irrigated plow argriculture. The mariage of pastoralists and agriculturalists. Probably the alpha meat eating swept through on their chariots and conquered the bread eating virgins. After that it didn't take long for them to figure out that they could use animals as beasts of burden but it wasn't until the meat eating and milk drinking pastoral nomads came with their animals that plow agriculture and the population expansion that led to large scale civilization became a thing.

>>13026750 Wolves see dogs and other canines as competition for food. They also see other dogs as FOOD. They will systematically kill and eat domesticated dogs. Wolves have larger relative and absolute brain size then their domesticated counterparts. The general trend among predators is that they have larger brains than their prey (At lest among mammals). Man is a predator like wolves. White men are historically pastoral and eat a higher protein diet than people in the middle east who were farmers. We have a larger average brain size and higher average IQ. Think about this.

There is not a snarling beast of the jungle who eats the leaves off of trees. This is why when you look at hipsters, then have low muscle mass, low T, and they drink coffee all the time. Their low protein diet leaves them weak. Be alpha. Eat 1 gram of protein for every 4 lbs of body weight daily minimum. Lift.

There is a word for carnivores that have adapted to be able to eat plants during times of famine, I forgot it though.

Like foxes, we should be eating just meat, but are able to tolerate a plant based diet as a backup plan. It's one of the reasons we're top survival predator. As we became more domesticated, it became infeasible to feed entire cities with meat, so we gradually adopted an omnivorous diet to cope with population growth.

I do think we are able to perform almost optimally on omnivore diets though, and as long as you're eating a lot of protein and few carbs you can do well; roman legionaries ate barely any meat for example.
