Meanwhile this is still up, I mean everyone knew the canary was bullshit but you'd think that if they were going to post this on twitter they'd at least take it down right now to make people put undue faith in it when it goes back up.

No, that is working as intended. The canary shit is there so if the CIA niggers contact Jim&Co in secret and make him sign a "you open your mouth about this, we buttrape you" order, they can just remove that and let everyone know that something happened.

Unfortunately, what he did is still classfied as a crime, and 8ch has to comply with law enforcement: someone used this site in some capacity involving it in the crime commited. Therefore, Jim either presents the cops Brentan's post history and IP adresses, or they get royally fucked.

You can make an argument that what he did wasn't a crime (as far as I know, that's the same line he's gonna try in court), but for now, Jim and the gang have to comply with the law.

It's either that or we lose 8ch.

Personaly, I'm not too afraid. I know what I've posted, and if some LEO comes knocking, I'm prepared for, according to my calculations, 12 years of shitposting in court, a book deal and some litigation reparations by the end.

Oh and, for the rest of the anons worried about YOUR IP and post history: technically, they can't request that unless your posts suggest you were involved in some capacity with the incident. If you helped him plan/recon the area, or gave him contacts to adquire weapons for instance. Jim can still serve your post histories (unfortunately, you surrender that right to him when you post on this site) but has no obligation to.

So, if you find yourselves in a britbong jail accused of "Extreme Shitposting", send us a postcard from jail so we know Jim sold you out.

If you made no posts like this, you should still be worried in case you live in 1984istan, aka The Democratic Republic of English People.

Showing support for "terrorist" acts is actually jailworthy. But then again, if you did that while on english soil, you're a fucking moron and should have left ages ago.

Well to be fair working with feds doesn't constitute a "secret order", especially if they're being public about it.>>12948957
