People speak of the law and make claims that the Constitution guarantees our rights.

Rights don't exist. Anyone who disagrees is either extremely naive or ideologically deluded.

There is an entity called the US government which exercises a monopoly of force over a large part of North America. It exists undeniably. Political power grows out of the barrel of gun.
