Patrick Casey, the leader of Identity Evropa, disbanded the group entirely because of it's apparent 'baggage' and is now creating an organization called the "American Identity Movement". The new organization embraces a generic boomer 20th century "Americanism" aesthetic in the hopes it will help them in their neverending chase for 'good optics'.
I find this somewhat comedic considering that IE was originally an offshoot off of the American Freedom Party but now they're coming back full circle to the overused 'Patriot' image and even ripping off Patriotfront while they're at it.
When will they realize that every time this branding has been tried it utterly failed? Council of Conservative Citizens, American Freedom Party, Liberty Lobby, all defunct without leaving any significant historical impact.

bullshit … subjective … when did Britain become British????
People make their own lands from share tradition and culture, but most importantly from defense of their land and the above.
We are american , not british. We fought birtain, we beat britian , we threw britain food and cultre in the water.
we dont want monarchy , which is British. We dont want tea which is British. We speak english but that doesnt make us British just like if a Japanese person learns english.
You dont understand that any one mans idea of culture , identity and nationality is nothing compared to the combined will for establishing a nation.
Fuck vox day and fuck you. You dont believe we are americans then do something about it. Closed minded pussy. Its a new world we take what we want from nations make it our own and they cant do anything about it.
Well fucking speak Italian and cook lasagna if we want. How will Italy stop us??? Your notions of nationality are vain.

Now we see the truth, your notion of nationality is the vain one. Vox Day would say your "identity complicated", that is you don't want to accept the truth of what an American is because it does not include you. Nations are based on blood. The 13 British colonies separated from the British Empire due to a dispute over taxes and government. The reason Americans still share close ties and cultural similarities with the British is because we are still of the same blood. Even a war did not change this.

sure I understand , but this is still a determining question of "what do we call nationality" … what metrics equate to something being a nation. Why is chinese not japanese?
And my question is , is it possible to make a new nation? Vox seems to say no , I say yes. And this brings me to the question of what is a nation. Because what ever your answer is , I dont understand why a new one cannot be created.
Sure a peoples can control a land, have a language, and share a tradition. Genetics, in time that will be had as well.
Why not? As far as I have heard Vox says that god created the nations. This is not a rational refutation to why America cannot be come a new nation.
We speak english sure, but Chinese and Japanese eat fish. From what I see nationality is closer to political power than any tradition. Because many tradition and pastimes are shared across nationalities.
Hence, Asian, Latino, Eurpoean cultures. Broader ideas of traditions. Nation is a desired will of a group. Prowerful nations are just more powerful group dynamics. Its only the illusion of history that makes you think its anything more.
But again the question is, why cant we create a new nation?
