Honestly, I think the Jews have lost their magic for comedy. Making fun of jews is stereotypical, but ultimately harmless ways humanized them to normies. Nowadays, not only is there no Mel Brooks like comedy presence, they've gone directly against the soul of comedy through censorship socially, professionally and legally.
