  1. Diet. Learn how to make the foods your ancestors ate. Learn to ferment your own foods. Eat seasonally appropriate balanced meals. Intestinal tissue is sensitive to caffeine and nicotine. Large amounts daily of either will cause laxative effects that your tissues develop a tolerance for - so moderate your caffeine and as your intake creeps upward, take 4-day or longer tolerance breaks: day 1, 3/4 your regular intake. Day 2, 1/4. Day 3,4 etc, no caffeine. When you choose to start again, start with a much lower dose, since habituation+dopamine reinforcement will drive you to up your dose over time.

  2. Exercise. Regular exercise mechanically stimulates digestion and drives you to adequately drink fluids.

  3. Fluids. Wake up, shoot a shot of apple cider vinegar, shower, and then drink a large glass of water (16-32 oz). Stop drinking soda if you haven't already - there's tons of sparkling water that will have far less long-term impact on health outcomes available in supermarkets right next to the poisonous soda. And don't drink diet soda, it cultures the wrong bacteria in your guts.

  4. Gut microbiome. Take care of your gut microbes in the following ways: Eat vegetables like asparagus, cabbage, broccoli, onions, garlic, etc. They have the kind of fiber that good gut bacteria eat. Look for a probiotic supplement engineered to make it through your stomach acid intact so that spores of the probiotic bacteria can colonize your gut. If you look into the strains studied to have the most positive impact, you can find several products that fit the bill. Once you have colonized your gut, you will likely not need to continue buying such a supplement provided you maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet. Eat fermented foods your ancestors would have accessed. Sauerkraut, kimchi, giardiniera, ferment what you grow in the garden. Sourdough bread, yogurt (bulgarians make fine yogurt and you can make it yourself from milk + some store bought yogurt).

  5. Gut tissue health. If you adhere well to the above but don't see much improvement in symptoms, and there's always a lot of mucus eliminated along with hardened stool, you may have an imbalanced gut microbiome that contains species which when overgrown relative to the others, attack the lining of the gut and eat the mucus and inflame the mucosal membrane. This can be partially ameliorated with regular bone broth intake. Also it's very exacerbated by chronic ingestion of aspirin, other painkillers, and alcohol - so cut that shit out.

  6. Throne room habits. Let go of any paranoia of others hearing / smelling your business in public restrooms. You go on your schedule and they can deal. Some people go once per week, some thrice a day. What's normal for you is normal for you (it'll likely change as you change your eating habits, but it should stabilize as those new habits become ingrained in your routine. Also, you can find diagrams for a device called a squatty potty which illustrate how feet near the height of the rectum during elimination allows for more complete elimination with less strain.

  7. Anxiety/paranoia. Your description of the way everyone around you "smells" you may partly be projection on your part. The gut bacteria will try to dopamine hijack your behavior. If you are not eating all day and then binging sugar at night, the bacteria that like sugar will release chemicals that tell your vagus nerve to tell your brain to release dopamine every time you eat sugar. Then you fast all day, starving them, and starving your brain of its preferred dopamine levels. Research shows that a couple of weeks after switching to a balanced diet, and the new population balance of gut bacteria is established, and then those bacteria reward you with dopamine for eating vegetables full of the fiber they like to eat. So stick out the rough time of transition, because it is much better on the other side anon.

Most of your problems are from engineered diseases

Since it hasn't been bumped in a while, even though it's off topic, to what do you refer, anon?
