Considering anon's fantasy included a cure for MS, and it read like total BS, I'm going with the it isn't real part.

There you go with your nhilistic limited intellect again. He never claimed to CURE MS you vapid fucking retard. I'd say read it again, but nobody should have to read this more than once.

However, I agree with you on one point: this isn't real.

Shut up you filthy moron. The MS was cured and she was healed. You're splitting hairs in a petty Jack assed manner because you made an idiot out of yourself in another thread.

Have some pride for God's sake.

Here's a primer for that:

This and some kinds of cancers can be treated by nuking the immune system, then resetting it with bone marrow stem cell injections.

Entirely possible that OP isn't a faggot on this one. Though I'm aware TRP dudes like to write "synthetic case file" stories to illustrate their Black Pill understanding of human behavior. These act as thought experiments and "what ifs" and "can you be sure this won't happen?" scenarios. To reinforce the understanding that unless you take up the "alpha" role in your life, you will forever be open to these situations happening to you.

"Loyalty is not repaid with Loyalty" is the lesson of this particular story.
If the woman stays true, it will never be because "you were a good guy", it will be because "you're an alpha".
