If a site has to load external resources from Google's CDN, then you're being tracked. Happens all the time. Install a script blocker. Sucks, but a lot of websites, that I'd like to try out, are off limits because of this.

4chan requires a google script to run captcha. Everyone there is being tracked in some way if they engage in speech.

Exactly. I use the other chans; they're better anyways.

Incognito doesnt hide shit. Basically it scrubs your history and visible cookies.

Vpn helps but if you run browser scripts they can still tell on you. The script runs on your computer, has access to everything your browser can see, local IP, Network devices(like vpn adapters) and a host of other shit. It can then phone this home to wherever it wants through your vpn. Worse, it can expose that youre using a vpn, send some signature of your PC, and that now becomes a tracking token available to them even if your are on vpn

Tor helps but most of the exit nodes are NSA-owned already. Running in a Virtual box can help if you destroy/recreate it all the time, but this too can be breached if the attacker thinks to do it or if the VBox networking is set up incorrectly.

I swear to God, my next cell phone will be a linux phone. Trying to be less of a data spigot, plus Fuck Google.
