At least you do it. I just started my first day today, well.sort of. Last couple decades I just worked, blue collar shit, and didn't need to work out plus I never gained anything so why try. Now I work less.physically, (why work so hard if you can get the same for something easy). I have been biking for half a year now for 1-2 -+ hrs a day with noticable results and 'repair' to joints that used to click and hurt minorly.

Just decided to hit a gym and work the rest of myself out also. Kinda hurts tonight. Did a around the house work out hitting what ever machine I wanted or didnt. It was fun ish. But Hay with a free shower and free tanning for $20/mo how can you go wrong.

I'm 38 and your probably in better shape than me. Work has always been my workout and up until recently I was sitting around, doing nothing. Keep it up man. You're doing this so you're not a lump on the couch like my dad.

Thanks, I truly appreciate the encouragement. I was on my way to becoming "a lump on the couch" before I discovered Dr. Adkins and then kettlebells. I had been in pretty good shape before, but kind of let myself go for a while. Not planning on letting that happen again!
