Thanks. Today I did an upper body routine I found on fitnessBLENDER a while back. It took me 32 minutes, from start to finish, not counting cool down. That's a good time for me on that particular workout. I'm 65 YO, I like to post on here to encourage people to do something, regardless of their age.

I'm 39 and had the fat dad blues. Decided to get up and do something.

Anyone lurking and thinking about getting in shape. I found starting freeweights and powerliftimg the most easy entry with really rapid results.

In one month, with nutrition changes, I've gone from 99KG down to 94KG while building muscle.

It's a big change to find the time to get to a gym. I was inspired by Arnold's "sleep faster" speech. You just have to find the time, even if it is only 30 minutes a day. Make it count!
