I'm more cardio and calisthenics. If I go heavy it kinda fuck's my shoulder.

got effed up knees. ride my bike. those Nautilus machines are similar to Hammer strength. Im just gettin back after a 5 week layoff. Went 119 times last year. Watch my shit the rest of the year. My best bench on the smith machine was 275. Im gonna get back to that on a straight olympic freeweight bar. Would like to hit 315. we'll see.
