I have to come back and study this. I need to mix it up. My goal was to bench 300 by my 58th birthday in 3 weeks. That may be too much weight. I may change my entire routine. I did bench 275 5x 9 days ago and had pain for 3 days in my right shoulder. Mix it up right? Keep up the good work.
