Have more strength then ever and am pushing 40. old man srength! replaced stand bench for 30degree incline, squats with lunges, few dumbbell lifts and legs. Workout continuos for about 1:15-1:30 vs rest, basically switch core upper to lower, have apprection for cardo and a crossfit random type of workout throughout the week, burpess situps small dumbells ect. mix the shit up to stay interested and keep the body sore. Never forget the nutrition, recovery drinks and vitamins are your friend. BEEFCAKE!!!!!!!!

Im 57. Im actually lifting a little more now than I did 18 years ago. I did it for a year then. Ive been off and on for almost 3 years this time.
