These bad boys were printed at 0.2mm layer height at 100% infill in blue PLA. PLA was a bad choice of material, but after a bit of heat treatment, they work just fine. Next time I try this, I'll use PETG or Taulman 910, because the extractor keeps fucking up the rims on them.

I printed nine of them, and five turned out to be solid enough for continuous use. I think that anyone else who attempts this would benefit greatly from not printing them completely solid. Just use a larger parameter for your initial layer height, like 2.4mm or something. You can probably get away with 30%-50% infill if you do that. I printed them solid, because I didn't want to clean little plastic pieces out of my gun, if they failed to feed.
