6-10-2015: The Day Reddit Died submitted by dfoolio to technology

This move feels different though. Both migrations were brought about by something that made us all go "well fuck that place" but this moves feels much more political. I really wonder if Reddit will survive this one, I have a feeling that in a couple weeks most people will forget unless something else happens to continue the momentum of users leaving.

This is exactly my problem with leaving it. There are communities within Reddit that one just cannot find elsewhere. Sometimes these communities are the largest of their kind in regards to users and amount of content. It's very hard to replace that.

Google to exclude 'revenge porn' from internet searches submitted by Reddit-Admin to technology

Now articles are going to talk about other search engines (or a new one without censorship) like they have "no rules" or "anything goes" just like they do when comparing Voat to Reddit. As if without censorship the site must be the wild west. Sadly, this seems to be a growing trend, and I sure as hell don't like it.

This is a great idea and I agree with having a separation of news and misc/OT content.

I get the same thing as well. I have tried a few different images as png and jpg filetypes on Chrome and Firefox.
