Being out at our family farm early in the morning. The animals are thrilled that you're there with morning rations so they all run to greet you at their respective gates. There's this initial rush of excitement and chatter, but once everyone is fed there's just incredible quiet, a beautiful sunrise, and the perfect cooling breeze.

The Dark Crystal and The Goonies for childhood proper. I saw Jurassic Park in high school and it completely altered my universe.

I can move the pinky toe on each food without moving the toe next to it. I can even lift my pinky toes and cross them over the next toe without using my hand. Yep......one rung down on the evolutionary ladder.

Soon your taste buds will recover, too. You'll realize what food actually tastes like.
