Is it just me or is reddit overreacting to Steam allowing modders to charge for Workshop items? It seems like people should be allowed to charge for the mods they made, if they so desire. submitted by GeorgeBurns to gaming

I think the problem is valve taking 75% of the money.

Misleading title. Obama ended a program to supply local police with these things, but they may still purchase on their own. Hardly a ban.

This is it guys, the treaty that creates the one world government with the power to override US laws. This has no chance of passing a GOP Congress, right?

I wasn't aware that Mitt Romney was a Democrat. He is the one that invented the ACA. If it's such a bad idea, why did he win the last GOP nomination for President?

The key thing to remember here is that ACA was a Republican compromise plan to keep for-profit insurance companies in the healthcare business. In order to pass it, there were also large concessions to the Pharma industry. If Congress weren't corrupt, we could fix prescription drug prices instead of taking whatever prices the drug companies set.
The lunatics are in charge of the asylum now. When the people in charge feel that everything in this world comes down to making things best for the Investment class, life and death struggles are joined by rent-seeking corporations.
