DuckDuckGo is far better than Google submitted by peeyush00 to technology

Google's profiles are what help them give you what you are looking for. Also they've been doing searches better than anyone for a long time. Try Disconnect, it's an extension that removes some of the tracking and let's you still use Google without the fear of something sinister

By Voat switching to invite only, isn't it going to kill itself as there wont be enough members to post content and generate interest? submitted by FireFlyCGI to AskVoat

Proposed censorship rules are antithetical to the ideals of Voat submitted by voltagegate to science

Fucking shit, are you serious? Do you need the definition of pseudoscience, you're that dull? Or is it paranoia? This is the kind of shit that has been eating through all the good that Voat has to offer; arguing over petty bullshit and creating controversy where none-exists. If you want a sub dedicated to pseudoscience then fucking make one, it doesn't belong here, and contrary to belief, not all those who have power abuse it.

This may sound like a very stupid question, but what is the difference between conservative and liberal? submitted by That_One_Sperm to AskVoat

The liberal side was cast in a better light due to not being in the color we associate as bad, evil, or wrong.

Rule 4 seems to be limited to things like astrology and other literal pseudosciences, not to actual research or theoretical models created by universities or institutions akin to NASA or CERN.
