You are assuming that a police company would find it profitable to be corrupt. First, even if one was corrupt and bought off by a rich person it would be no less corrupt than the current system. However, if there is a free market then there will be police that the middle class can buy to challenge the corrupt police. Since a war is not profitable if actually funded by the "warhawks" (i.e. not through tax's) then both parties would find it in there best interest to come to an agreement.

We need to not have politics at all. Let technological advancements propel humanity forward and basic common law enforced by economic ostracism and private security guards keep minimal necessary order.
