keep it down to a dull roar, man. I'm not going to risk an Antifa punch to the face by getting drunk on the spirit. I'm going to fight back.

I would suggest that no calcium without vitamin D3, and no D3 without vitamin K2. D3 is important for absorbing calcium, like most of us have heard. K2 is the activator of calcitonin, which then actually does something with the calcium. it's a bone maintenance protein and K2 regulates its activity. Coral calcium isn't truly bioavailable and is more like microscopic sand. Good forms of calcium are ionic salts, like calcium citrate (or other counter-ion). D3 has other benefits like mood regulation. if you're eating a calcium rich diet, then skip supplementing calcium and focus on magnesium (the other major component of bone).

Don't pay for a woman's time. You are both somewhere to have fun. Dinner is a lame first date, anyway. My first date with cutie pie was an easy hike and a sunset view. Date two was cooperative cooking at her place. I brought most food things, she contributed the dessert things. It all worked out fine.
