We need actual change in how we think about compensation and the workforce. A race to the bottom against robots is highly unsustainable.

They have the right to leave their jobs if it runs contrary to their religion. Your faith should not give you free reign to pick and chose which parts of your job to do.

Scientists discover a new class of drugs that could treat depression within 24 hours with fewer side effects than current treatments submitted by mmofan to science

Have you taken anti-depressants? I have and that is not anywhere close to what they did to me. Really, quite the opposite, depression shut down my ability to feel anything at all and the pills helped me climb back from that.

Well, that is eye-opening and a bit frightening. I've also heard that 3D printed guns are becoming a reality.

It makes me wonder what the future of crime will look like.

The reboot has been great for expanding that part of the character. She sustains so much abuse and trauma, but she is the type of person who will never just lay down and die. Not only will she survive, she will carry others on her back.

I have played all the Tomb Raider games for the fun and puzzles, but the reboot is the first one to make Lara a real character who I care about.

Isn't that that point of the upvote/downvote system though? It allows the users to decide which content becomes visible to the broader audience.
