Unacceptable practice.

Become familiar with the concept of data hoarding. Reddit has a /r/datahoarder community. If there is not one here on Voat, it needs to be created and be a mainstay of the site.

Simple concept. Buy huge data storage for your home. Load it up backing up everything. Websites. Videos. Whatever you can get your hands on. There are scripts that make this process easier I see float around online.

There are probably communities of this sort scattered across the web. Should compile resources and get accustomed to making offline copies to backup discoveries.

Cloud gives up your control over content. Easy censorship. Decentralized is an entirely different beast.

Read up on parallel construction. FBI is well practiced at using illegally collected material without exposing sources.

Aggressive legal action is about the only thing that can be effective. If in every case it's painful grinding financially crippling legal action to go the racism route, it would end. We proliferation because there is a cottage industry built around outrage settlements. No one wants to get dragged through the press so they bend, pay the ransom tax, and go on living life. It's so damn profitable everyone wants in on that action.

Printer Ink is most expensive liquid in the world and it's all a scam submitted by TONYHUSTLE to videos

Buy a simple laser printer such as Brother models. Never buy ink anymore. Until the business model dries out.

Further back, companies such as Epson bought out almost all companies manufacturing great quality printer hardware with reasonably priced ink options. Others they drove out of business by offering cheap printer hardware at-cost. Was no markup for printers, most people would just go for the cheaper option, companies folded. Then the price of ink was pushed through the roof.

That business model needs to be allowed to go fuck itself. Stop buying the ink. Let it go fuck itself.

At the least buy a cartridge chip zapper from shanghai. And buy cheap ink. Learn to drill a hole in the cartridge and re-fill to cut costs. Simple procedure just need to go for it.
