The Wiki doth protest too much, methinks.
I've noticed a distinct positive correlation between the plausibility of a conspiracy theory and the vehemence with which Wikipedia denounces it.

Anyway, It does violate the 2nd, and also the 5th (until/unless she's actually been tried and convicted of a drug crime).
This one's ripe for an appeal.

The funny thing is that if you gave people a choice between one school that required vaccination or medical exception and another that said one's vaccination status, like other medical conditions, was one's own private business, the school that required* vaccination would probably have a lower vaccination rate than the one that didn't.
I value my medical privacy and, given the choice, prefer dealing with institutions who respect that right. I also am vaccinated, which means your vaccination status isn't any of my business either since I can't catch whatever you're spreading. It's only the unvaccinated who demand entry into a school that requires everyone else get vaccinations.

Taking a blind shot at this:
Cost of materials and workmanship for the dress: $200
Wages paid to the Vietnamese child slaves who made it: $0
Amount paid by the Obama family: $0
Cost of having a similar dress made by an American tailor: $600
Having the first daughters photographed modeling your designer label: priceless
Am I close?
