Either she's a con artist or she OD'd on kool aid. I've seen a couple old interviews with her where she basically says the exact opposite of what she's claiming now.

The problem with that in America is that in many places it isn't an option. Many areas only have one ISP and even have laws preventing competitors from getting into the market. Combine that with non compete agreements and you have de facto monopolies.
