Win7 and full user control

Thinking you have full control of any closed source program is probably a little naive.

I'm not defending Microsoft but what does OSX being based on open source have to do with anything? OSX isn't open source. Android and Chrome are both based on open source software, are you going to claim they're a good choice for a person concerned with privacy?

CNN Panel Explodes After Ex-Cop Says Sandra Bland Died Because She Was Arrogant From the Beginning submitted by Katya to news

Her conduct is another story

Sounds like you're suggesting that her conduct played absolutely no role in this situation whatsoever. Her conduct was directly related to her ending up in jail. So you brushing that off to the side seems disingenuous. You also say above:

She died in jail after a moving violation that shouldn't have happened as she was moving out the cops way thinking he needed to pass her.

That may have been the case but that doesn't mean she doesn't still have to signal her lane change, which she didn't, and was subsequently pulled over for.

I'm not suggesting any of this should result in her death of course, but to claim she was completely innocent is absurd. It feels like you're letting emotions get the best of you and are trying to present the story so that it fits into some preconceived narrative instead of waiting for all the facts to come out and then making a judgement based on facts alone.

If it comes out that anyone at the jail had anything to do with her death then they should be punished accordingly, no question about it. Nobody is saying that being pulled over for a moving violation should result in a person's death.

By claiming "her conduct is another story" you were clearly trying to gloss over her share in the blame with regard to the arrest. If you weren't you would have presented both sides of the story instead of trying to present your one-sided opinion as fact. You're letting emotion cloud your judgement.

You even try to excuse her behavior by saying:

but when you look for the root cause, its distressing.

You don't even bother to address my counterpoint to your claim that:

She died in jail after a moving violation that shouldn't have happened as she was moving out the cops way thinking he needed to pass her.

I'll conclude that means you have no argument. I mean, unless they changed the law and you are no longer required to signal a lane change. Of course, that doesn't fit your narrative that she was pulled over illegitimately in the first place.

You clearly aren't interested in presenting or discussing all the facts without bias or prejudice.

This response reminded me of one of my favorite Winston Churchill quotes:

The best argument against democracy is a five minute conversation with the average voter.

It's almost as if you believe you can just make up the rules as you go. Change them as you see fit. Fortunately for the rest of us, that's not the case. If you change lanes you have to signal. Not sure where you obtained your rules of the road training but I'd ask for a refund.

Maybe even more astonishing than your lack of understanding of lane changes is that there were 2 people who agreed with you enough to upvoat you.
