Yeah, but now you have the problem of getting arrested for child neglect/abuse if you let your kid play outside alone. So it's almost a question of safety for the parents at this point.

Also at heifer you can buy an "ark" which is two of every animal they offer. So if voat implemented a system that contributed to donations then maybe we could all work towards building an ark and see how many we could buy.

I mean we could even do on-going campaigns to raise money for this even if a gold system isn't set up. We could do it on a monthly basis or something.

Yeah I really don't think we're rotten to the core. We would never have survived this long if our base nature was to hate each other. I will point you in the direction of this TEDtalk as an introduction to alternate ways of thinking about humans.
