Because she made it more than product placements. She did help make it a promotion vehicle, but the idea is that she made it better for the users and the promoters. When they get to pimp their shit, and the users get to ask what they want and get their questions (even some hard ones) answered, that's pretty win-win. I get what you're saying, though.

I agree, $300 for an inhaler is obscene. That's 60% of my monthly rent.

Getting one inhaler doesn't really solve a long term problem where each inhaler costs 10x what they do on the deep web.

I agree. I wish more people off the internet would realize that we should try to make sure people are supplied with basic things like inhalers. $300 is a huge ripoff,
