Are PeopleOfLancaster's writers penning stories for LNP now? This article about the Confederate flag fight just reads too ridiculous to be real..., submitted: 8/12/2015 11:04:04 PM, 2 points (+2|-0)

What are you? submitted by Stopped_clock to funny

I don't get that guy. I've only seen snippets of him on his show, but it always seems like he is a monster to the people trying to learn from him and be good cooks. But then the ONE show I did see him on was the one with that idiot couple where the woman was completely insane he was completely reasonable and far too compassionate to her, even when she was being flat-out bonkers (she was plenty [in]famous on the interwebs afterwards, I'm sure you all know who I mean, but I'm too lazy to link to her pic).

Do people (the network, I guess?) want him to be an asshole on his show to people, but in real life he doesn't act like that? Was there some reason he didn't unload on the crazy woman? I'M SO CONFUSED!

This would have been my 10th year. I wasn't much of a contributor and I was a forgiving user, but the recent shitheel behavior finally drove me away.

Wait, so we got shut down a few weeks ago because of a false accusation? (See comments) submitted by BustyChicksFTW to AskVoat

...except we just remembered we left some our original-pressing LPs there and might have to sneak back in the middle of the night to grab them...

What Game are you Hoping for a Sequel? submitted by defaultking to gaming

Sundog. Man, I loved that game - for an ancient game, it had an incredible amount of depth and complexity (space piloting, shooter action, market trading, exploration, etc, etc). There have been some open source attempts to recreate it, but nothing successful. Hopefully some day!

I had to fill out some paperwork for work last week that made me realize: I've been a programmer for 20 years. I got started because I knew HTML & SGML, and I read far too much William Gibson and thought I would be doing something so much cooler...
