Could you maybe staff volunteers? The exchange being a fancy title and agreement to verify employment? There are people who will work to put experience on their CV. Keep them on the coding side of things so that we don't have to worry about SJWs volunteering to fuck with content. But a staff of coders to help y'all out at no direct cost would help, no?
