I disagree. We should stand to preserve freedom of speech in voat. If mods are trying to remove it, we should discuss the ability of these mods to correctly do their jobs.
Mods are more janitors than kings. They clean up spam. When they start thinking of themselves as kings and imposing their personal beliefs upon the eligibility of posts in base subs, they should be removed from power.
Upvoats and downvoats should be the determination of a post's eligibility.

I can look like an idiot too. Here goes nothing:
inhales deeply Sidebar rules are infallible and must be followed without question. RRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Now let me sound like a person with a brain:
If you don't think content is relevant to the sub, downvoat it. Removing it is censorship. If the community thinks it's relevant, it will rise and if they think it is irrelevant, it will fall. If posts that break the sidebar rules are constantly rising to the top, maybe the sidebar rules need to be looked at again for possible change.
Edit: It's over guys. It was a good short run, but when people would rather protect rules and feelings in place of logic, then we're already quickly on our way to being reddit 2.0 or Digg 3.0.

I'm not trying to be sympathetic to fats, but I just don't see it. He just looks like an old man to me. Yeah he's not in shape, but I'm not sure I can hold a 70yo to the same standards of a 20, 30, 40yo either. Shit, I'm in shape, but I'll probably look like that in 50 years.
