"they're just racists who want a free platform to megaphone their racism. We don't censor anything else."

"Hey, lets censor all criticism of ourselves and any mention of alternatives."

Many countries have universal health systems. They don't work in the way Paul describes. One way or another, governments fix prices for medical services and force everyone to get insurance. So the government wouldn't conscript him, they would fine him if he charged too much and maybe throw him in jail if he kept doing it.

Hypothetically you could even have a 'tiered' system that doesn't go that far, allowing private practitioners to charge above government rates.

He's probably worried about this. American legal knowledge doesn't necessarily translate to Europe.

Team Cruz defends scheme to stop Trump at brokered convention: Its not cheating submitted by go1dfish to politics

I think her statement is defensible. She only said that if Trump fails to win a majority, then there are potential outcomes that could reasonably result in Trump not winning the nomination.

For example, if Bush and Rubio each got 30% and Trump got 40%, I think most people would agree that Republicans wanted Bush or Rubio. Or if Trump got the most votes at 20% because the vote was split so many ways, I wouldn't call that on its own a mandate to lead.

What I Saw Disgusted Me: Black Rand Paul Supporter Saw This Comment About Her & Had to Speak Out submitted by AnalogRocks to politics

‘[I] am really tired of people assuming they can make comments like that and think that they are acceptable,”

She's a bad libertarian. The comments can be incorrect, or stupid, or even offensive, but a libertarian shouldn't call them "unacceptable."

Atko makes it perfectly clear, enough is enough. submitted by SurvivorType to Atkoism

I don't see the issue. I've never seen any of that user's posts, presumably because they're downvoted immediately. It might make sense to let mods turn on a spam throttle or something.
