Can we get a subverse that is dedicated to celebrity news, so that i can block it completely...
Galileo, the leaked hacking software from Hacker Team (defense contractor), contains code to insert child porn on a target's computer. This is how they get rid of people.... submitted by Emptyeternity to news

Makes me question the entire election, is Sanders really going to do what he is say? Or is he just a puppet trying to get the masses on his side to only fuck us over in the end...

Why not keep v/science as a place for all textbook sciences. Then make a v/sciency (assuming its not already created) that is for anything out side the realm of textbook sciences. Now the question is how do we define textbook sciences? We could do a site wide, or more correctly, subverse wide, voat(Edit="vote"). That would first gather a list of all proposed defined sciences that are user submitted. This however would clutter the subverse quite a bit so I see two things that we would need, 1) new subverse where proposed new 2) tag, we'll come back to that in a second. Would again be voted on based on upvotes or comments, depending on permissions or setup in the code of the site, I've never looked. You would need to have a certain level to be able to upvotes or comment, on a post in proposed subverse. This level could be tied with something related to v/science, as of a set time once implemented. 2) tag, this would further define the v/science subverse. Then the v/science subverse would show all community supported sciences. Or further generalise that to include, different countries Departments of define sciences as options and also have a community supported option? The filtering of tags would be needed to be added to user account before viewing if you wanted such feature. Or could be done via api calls with an external application. Allowing anyone to filter as they please with external application that has added said feature to said application. Thus making one rule simply that: "All posts be tagged with one (or more?) Of the tags under a given base tag of "Science as defined by x==governing body." "
I name it "The great voat vote"

This is a click bait title on both the user here and the New York times. Article clearly states that only 60 reports were filed, simply due to population increase. With only one rape allegation! All others are easily due to population increase and it being under a year of a mass migration to new areas of vastly different cultures and ideals. This is nothing but media fear mongering of an event that is simply a statistical increase based on the population size and integration of different human populations.
